Work kept me away from blogging last week, and I missed the “Ready” photo challenge. That’s one regret. But my official entry is the below.
A twelve-hour, non-stop flight gives you a lot of time to reflect on the things you should have done.
Travel related items: I should have used the bigger suitcase. I shouldn’t have eaten that questionable looking sushi.
Destination related items: I should have brought more socks. I should have brought my black fancy pants.
People and things you’ve left behind: I should have spent more time with my husband. I should have hugged my daughter one more time.

Should have, would have, could have . . . truly the words of regret. I am very familiar with them all.
So don’t feel too alone!
Thanks for the encouraging words. Sometimes you feel you could have done more. And its nice to know that I am not alone in the struggle.
I don’t know anyone that doesn’t have regrets from the past. We are all human and we all make mistakes. Most assuredly, you are NOT alone.
